Lahore is expected to experience scorching temperatures ranging from 45-47°C on Friday and 46-48°C on Saturday.
Across Lahore and many parts of the province, hot and dry weather persisted over the past 24 hours.
Rahim Yar Khan is registered as the hottest location in the province, with temperatures soaring to 48°C. Other areas like Khanpur, Kot Addu, Bhakkar, Noorpur Thal, and Dera Ghazi Khan also experienced maximum temperatures reaching 47°C.
In Lahore specifically, the maximum temperature reached 42°C. The relative humidity in the evening stood at 31 percent.
