Karachi, Pakistan – In a significant development, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has officially conveyed to the Sindh High Court (SHC) that all objectionable content against actress Kubra Khan has been successfully removed. The revelation was made in a report submitted by the FIA’s cybercrime wing to the SHC, addressing the concerns related to content targeting the actresses.
This matter not only involves Kubra Khan but also concerns several other artists, including Mehwish Hayat, who found themselves targeted in what has been described as a ‘false campaign’ on various social media platforms.
The FIA, recognizing the gravity of the situation, took immediate action to rectify the issue and eliminate the offensive content. This proactive approach to safeguarding the reputation and well-being of public figures is an essential part of cybercrime control.
In response to these developments, the court has requested a formal response from Kubra Khan’s legal representatives. The hearing on this matter has been suspended until the next scheduled date in the office.
Adding another layer to this legal action, Mehwish Hayat has also approached the court, following in Kubra Khan’s footsteps. She has urged the court to take action against those involved in disseminating false and defamatory content about her. Additionally, Mehwish Hayat has called upon the court to address the offensive remarks made by YouTuber Adil Raja.
Kubra Khan had previously presented her concerns before the court, which prompted Mehwish Hayat to initiate legal proceedings against Adil Raja and others responsible for the dissemination of offensive content.
As these legal actions unfold, the judiciary continues to play a key role in upholding the dignity and reputation of individuals, ensuring that the dissemination of false or harmful content is addressed quickly and effectively.
